Hey Insiders,
We know it’s been a bit since you’ve heard from us, and we want to start by saying thank you for your patience. Last year we had some internal changes to our team that resulted in us being quieter than we should have been. We’re truly sorry for the silence.
Over the past few months, many of you have shared your frustrations with the Insiders experience – everything from login problems and password resets not working, to getting signed out unexpectedly, missing points and delayed support. We want you to know that we’ve heard every bit of this feedback and agree that you deserve better.
After much discussion on how best to resolve these issues, we’ve made the tough call to pause the Insiders program to give us the space to fully assess and rebuild the systems behind it from the ground up. This will take time – there’s a lot of work to do before we can even commit to just how long it will take. But our goal is to bring back a version of Insiders in the future that is worthy of the incredible Skybound community behind it.
But first, we’re working on finalizing the 2025 leaderboards and sending out end-of-year prizes. You earned those points and we’re committed to making sure you’re rewarded for them! We’ll have more news on this process for you soon.
The 2025 leaderboard will serve as the final Insiders leaderboard. Since the program has not been fully operational throughout 2026, including issues that prevented members from reliably logging in and earning points, we will not be conducting a separate 2026 leaderboard or prize cycle.
Before we pause the current program, we also want to make sure you have an opportunity to use your Insiders discount. Members can continue to use their applicable Insiders discount in the Skybound Store through December 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT.
We know account access has been one of the challenges many of you have faced, so if you can’t log in but would like to use your discount, please contact Skybound Support and submit a ticket. Our team can help provide an applicable discount code, so you don’t miss out.
